I have been looking into whether AI can be used to predict which customers are most likely to make a purchase. I have read that AI can seriously boost consumer experiences and satisfaction levels, and I am curious if it could work in my business.

i understand that AI algorithms can analyze past customer behavior and preferences, which sounds brilliant for anticipating what they might want next. But I wonder, just how accurate is this prediction?

could it really help increase sales significantly? I am also concerned about how much historical data I would need to feed into an AI system to make it effective.
